Apple September Media Event: Steve Jobs has announced that  iOS 4.1 will be available for iPhone and iPod Touch via iTunes as of next week.

The new iOS 4.1 will include bug fixes on items such as proximity sensor, Bluetooth, and iPhone 3G performances but will also include the following new features:

• High Dynamic Range Photos
• Ability to upload HD videos over WiFi
• Game Center
• TV show rentals

Jobs also stated some interesting facts about Apple products:

• 120 million iOS devices have been shipped to date
• There are 25,000 iPad apps available to download
• 200 apps are downloaded from the app store every second
• Some days see over 1 million visitors to Apple’s retail stores
